  • ARE THE FORMULAS SAFE?

    Naj Oleari is committed to guaranteeing the highest levels of quality, safety and effectiveness at all times, for every single product and for all the ingredients we use, subjecting them to rigorous compliance checks.

    All Naj Oleari make-up products are:

    • Dermatologically tested to guarantee tolerability and safety, even on the most delicate skin types;

    • - Formulated and made in Italy in accordance with the applicable EU legislation. A small number of our eye pencils are produced in Germany, while our nail polishes and nail polish removers are produced in France – as indicated on the packaging – to guarantee maximum quality for this type of product.

  • DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN PARABENS?

    Our entire range is formulated without parabens to reduce the risk of allergies.

  • DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN NICKEL?

    The European Union prohibits nickel in the production of cosmetics. As a result, it is not included on any of the lists of ingredients for any Naj Oleari product.

    However, we cannot guarantee that there will be absolutely no trace of this metal in any of our cosmetics, as it could be present in impurities contained in some of the raw materials we use. These would be very small traces, however, in the order of one part per million, which is still within the legal limit.

  • DO YOUR NAIL POLISHES CONTAIN FORMALDEHYDE OR PHTHALATES?

    To ensure your nails stay healthy, we do not use any formaldehyde or phthalates in our nail polish formulas. For the same reason, our nail polish removers do not contain any acetone, while our hand creams contain active ingredients to nourish and protect your hands.

  • WHERE CAN I FIND A FULL LIST OF INGREDIENTS?

    The list of ingredients (INCI) can be found on the box or packaging of each product and, for nail polishes, on the inside of the label on the bottom of the bottle.

  • CAN I STILL BUY PRODUCTS FROM THE PREVIOUS LINE OF NAJ OLEARI MAKE-UP?

    The old line of Naj Oleari cosmetics is no longer available and has been completely replaced by a new range of make-up. The new formulas have been developed with the very best and most innovative ingredients to guarantee maximum performance and safety. We have also carefully chosen the shades for the new range to ensure that we keep up with the latest trends at all times and stay at the cutting edge of fashion.

    So we would invite you to discover and try out our new make-up to find the most suitable replacements for your favourite old Naj Oleari products.

  • ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

    Naj Oleari make-up is “cruelty free”; we do not conduct any tests on animals, as European regulations prohibit the testing of finished cosmetics products on animals and, as of 2009, the marketing of products containing ingredients that have been tested on animals outside the EU.

    The make-up line is sold at perfumeries and major department stores.

    We can arrange for one of our local agents to visit you and provide you with all the information you need for selling Naj Oleari make-up, no strings attached.

    To book a visit, go to the “Contact us” tab on our homepage, fill in the form, stating your reasons, and then send it. One of our sales managers will then be in touch as soon as possible.

    To submit your request, go to the “Contact us” tab on our homepage, fill in the form, stating your reasons, and send it. Our international department will then be in touch as soon as possible.


PURCHASING PROCESS

  • HOW TO ORDER PRODUCTS ONLINE

    To order products online, you need to complete the following process:

    1. Add all the products you would like to order to your “basket/shopping bag” (after selecting the desired quantity and shade).

    2. Click on the basket icon at the top right of the page to see the items you have added and then click on “Go to basket”.

    3. You can choose to complete your order as a “registered customer” or “guest”.

    4. Enter your address and billing details.

    5. Select the shipping and payment method to finalise the order.

    6. If your payment is successful, you will see a page confirming your order.

    You will receive an e-mail with all your order details notifying you that the order process is complete.

  • IS THERE A LIMIT ON THE NUMBER OF PRODUCTS I CAN ORDER?

    There are not usually any limits on how many products you can order or how much you can spend. However, please be aware that Naj Oleari Beauty reserves the right to limit the purchase of certain products.

  • WHAT ARE PROMOTIONAL CODES AND HOW DO I USE THEM?

    Promotional codes are discount vouchers which allow you to benefit from special promotions that are specific to you. Whenever there is a special event, we will send you a newsletter with conditions for obtaining a promotional code.

    If you have a promotional code, simply enter it in the designated field on the final page of the order process. The promotional discount will be subtracted from the total amount and displayed automatically before the final payment.

  • WHEN IS THE ORDER PROCESS COMPLETE?

    When you have entered the information required for payment, you will be directed to the confirmation page which indicates that the order process is complete and displays your order number.

    Finally, you will receive an e-mail with your order details which confirms that your order has been acknowledged.

  • HOW CAN I CHECK MY DELIVERY STATUS?

    Your order will be delivered by the courier Bartolini. You can track your delivery at any time on the www.brt.it website by entering the order tracking number you will receive by e-mail.

  • CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

    Please place your order online with extreme caution – once your order has been shipped, you will no longer be able to change it.

  • DELIVERY PRICE

    For shipments within Italy, the price for standard delivery (three to four working days) is EUR 3,90 and the price for express delivery (one to two working days) is EUR 4,90.

    Shipping costs for European destinations is EUR 9,90. Delivery towards extra-CEE destinations is done in DDU.

  • I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER BY MISTAKE, HOW CAN I RETURN IT?

    If you receive the wrong product or order something by mistake, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, providing we receive notification of the error by e-mail to info@najolearibeauty.com within seven days from the date of delivery.

    Returned products must be intact, unopened, unused and must not be tampered with in any way. Naj Oleari Beauty reserves the right to refuse the return of any product if the above conditions have not been respected.
