Orders and returns

ARE THERE COMPLIMENTARY GIFTS INCLUDED IN ORDERS?

Yes, complimentary gifts are included, when specific terms and conditions are met.

The complimentary gifts that are available only become visible on your shopping cart page and must be added manually to your shopping cart before proceeding to checkout.

The availability of complimentary gifts may vary over time, so please always refer to what you see in your shopping cart, where those currently available will always be listed.

Please note! If you choose to proceed with express payment, you will not go through the shopping cart page and will not be able to add complimentary gifts to your order.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE AMOUNT OF PRODUCTS I CAN PURCHASE?

There are no general purchase limits, but some products, such as limited editions, may have restrictions applied.

HOW DO I APPLY A PROMOTIONAL CODE?

Enter the code in the ‘discount code’ field at checkout and the discount will be applied automatically. If you use a discount code, shipping costs may still apply. Always check the terms and conditions of use for your promo code.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once your order has been paid for and confirmed, it will no longer be possible to make changes to the order or request its cancellation.

CAN I REQUEST A PRODUCT REPLACEMENT?

We are sorry, but we cannot replace products. If you have purchased a product by mistake, please remember that you can always request a return in compliance with the terms and conditions set out on our returns page.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

We reserve the right to cancel an order, or individual items, if the products are no longer available or if the payment is unsuccessful.

Please note that if your order has been cancelled automatically, the order amount will be credited back to the same payment method you used. Refund times may vary depending on the payment method chosen.

HOW DO I REQUEST THE RETURN OF A PRODUCT?

You can request a return within 14 days upon receipt of your order. Please note that the products you wish to return must be unused, undamaged and sealed in their original packaging.

ARE THERE ANY COSTS FOR RETURNS?

No, there are no additional costs for returns, except for the return shipping costs, which are your responsibility. Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels. For all the information you need about your return, please see the Returns and Refunds page.

Payments and shipping

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can pay for your orders by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS), PayPal and Klarna.

Naj Oleari Beauty guarantees that payment is completely secure, as credit card details are protected from unauthorised access by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted data transfer, which is not accessible to third parties.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship to all countries in the EU. Norway, Switzerland, Malta and Cyprus are excluded as destinations. There may be restrictions for some non-EEC areas such as Campione D'Italia, San Marino, Livigno and the Canary Islands. We reserve the right to cancel orders if they cannot be fulfilled due to customs restrictions.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS?

Shipping is free for orders over €39 and usually takes between 2 to 5 working days for delivery. Below this threshold, the cost for shipments within Italy is €4.90, and to countries within the EU is €9.90.

Please note that for some remote areas and at certain times of the year due to high shipping volumes, delivery times may be slower.

If you place your order before 10:00 CET, it will be processed the next working day (unless it is a weekend). Orders are usually shipped the day after they are placed, unless otherwise indicated.

WHICH CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

We use different carriers for shipments depending on the destination. When your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link and details of the carrier responsible for your delivery.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

When your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor the shipment of your order. If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder.

Depending on the carrier, you may receive notifications about your shipment directly to your email address or mobile phone number that you provided during the purchase process.

If you are a registered user, you can also log in to your account to track the status of your shipment.

I HAVE A TRACKING LINK BUT IT IS NOT WORKING

Once you receive your email with the tracking link, it may take up to 48 hours for it to become active, so please wait until after the initial 48 hours period before contacting us.

Please note that if the order is in transit, we cannot intervene to add or change the delivery information or request the successful delivery of the order.

If the order has been held for more than 7 days or is in storage at the courier's hub, please contact us for more information.

WHAT IS A PROMOTIONAL CODE AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

A ‘promotional code’ is a discount voucher that allows you to take advantage of special promotions designed for you. The conditions for obtaining this code will be communicated to you via newsletter or social network during special events.

If you have a promotional code, simply enter it in the appropriate field on the order completion screen. The discount provided by the promotion will be deducted from the total amount and automatically displayed before payment.

Discount codes are valid on the entire catalogue with the exception of sale items and products belonging to special collections or limited editions.

The welcome discount code is valid on the entire catalogue and applies to orders with a minimum value of €39; furthermore, as the code does not expire, the minimum order value may change throughout the year.

CAN I HAVE A GIFT BOX?

Spend €39 or more to receive free shipping and add your preferred gift box to your basket: Shopper, Gift Box, or both!

The Gift Box measures 22x19x7 cm and the Shopper 24x24x10 cm, so it is suitable for packaging all products in the Naj Oleari Beauty range.

The Gift Box costs €7 and the Shopper €1.50. To add them to your order, simply click on the ‘Choose your gift wrapping’ button in your shopping cart and select the one you prefer, or both. They will be added to your order summary and you can complete your purchase as normal.

Please note that you can only add one Shopper and/or Gift Box per order. No returns or refunds will be accepted on these items.

HOW DO I REGISTER ON THE WEBSITE?

Registering on the Naj Oleari website is very easy: go to the registration page, enter the required information, choose your password and provide the necessary consents. You will receive an email confirming your account activation. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.

Once registered, you can shop faster and track your orders directly from your personal area. What's more, by creating an account, you will automatically join the loyalty programme that rewards you every time you make a purchase. What are you waiting for?

I LOST MY PASSWORD

WHAT IS THE LOYALTY PROGRAMME?

The Naj Oleari Beauty ‘Exercise your Beauty’ Loyalty Programme is a free tool that allows all customers/consumers to accumulate loyalty points and obtain discounts and promotions on purchases made through the online shop.

To access the programme and accumulate points, you must register and create an account at www.najolearibeauty.com. Once you have created your account, you will be awarded 50 welcome ‘Cherry Points’ (loyalty points).

If you already have an account on the Website, the Loyalty Programme will be activated automatically – unless you indicate otherwise – and you will be awarded 50 welcome ‘Cherry Points’, which you will find in your account when you first log in.

ARE NAJ OLEARI BEAUTY PRODUCT FORMULAS SAFE?

Naj Oleari is constantly committed to ensuring the highest levels of quality, safety and effectiveness for every single product and for all the ingredients used, which are subject to rigorous compliance checks.

All Naj Oleari make-up products are dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested to ensure tolerability and safety even on the most delicate skin; they are also formulated and manufactured in Italy in accordance with current EU regulations. Only some eye pencils are produced in Germany, while nail polishes and nail polish removers are produced in France, as indicated on the packaging.

The entire range is formulated without parabens to reduce the risk of allergies.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE COMPLETE LIST OF INGREDIENTS?

The list of ingredients (INCI) can be found on the case or packaging of each product. For nail polishes, this can be found on the label at the bottom of the bottle.

CAN I STILL FIND NAJ OLEARI MAKE-UP FROM THE PREVIOUS LINE ON THE MARKET?

The previous cosmetics from the old Naj Oleari line are no longer on the market and have been completely replaced by a new make-up line. The new formulas have been developed using the best and most innovative ingredients to ensure maximum performance and safety. The colours in the range have also been designed to follow the latest trends and always be at the cutting edge.

ARE THE PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

Naj Oleari make-up is cruelty-free. We do not conduct any tests on animals, in accordance with European legislation on cosmetic products, which prohibits the testing of finished products on animals, as well as marketing of products containing ingredients tested on animals outside the EU since 2009.
