• Audio and video content does not have transcripts or subtitles, making it inaccessible to people with hearing impairments.
• Some interactive elements lack adequate descriptions or have duplicate or generic names, creating confusion when navigating with screen readers.
• In multiple instances, the contrast between text and background is insufficient, hindering reading for users with visual difficulties.
• Content organisation on some pages does not follow a logical or predictable order, limiting usability for users with cognitive disabilities.
